5th Annual Moms Night Out :: Summer Soiree Recap

Disclosure :: Our fifth annual Moms Night Out was hosted by the lovely Preserve Louisiana and sponsored by Ascension Party Rentals and Associates in Pediatric Dentistry. We are so appreciative of the time and effort that was allocated from each sponsor below to make sure this event was a success!

Thank You to Our Presenting Title Sponsors

Red Stick Moms Blog events would not be possible without the generous support of our Title Sponsors. We are incredibly grateful for all that they did to make this event so much fun for everyone who attended!

Thank You to Our VIP Sponsors ::

We couldn’t have been more excited about this line up of sponsors for moms who wanted a little something extra. There were great options to choose from and every single one was amazing!

Thank You To Our Table Sponsors ::

Everyone was so impressed with the creativity and FUN that these sponsors brought! From the swag that was handed out to the games some played to the interactive beauty … there was truly fun everywhere you looked. The musical talents of Amber Rae and her fellow musician truly set the tone of the evening in the lovely Rose Garden. Also, a very special thank you to our friend Lauren Haddox Designs who created the name tags for all of our sponsors to wear during the event.

Thank You to Our Food & Beverage Sponsors ::

We cannot even begin to explain how impressive and talented our local culinary scene is. From the variation to the creativity, there was something for every single person who attended. Many of us found new favorites, tried NEW things and are so excited add these eateries to the list for our next destination for dining!

Thank You to Our Giveaway Sponsors ::

The giveaway table was full of amazing products, services and staycations to satisfy any mom! The winners were truly grateful and so excited to get lucky. This is an amazing part of our events because it’s also a way to give back to the community.

Thank You to Our Swag Sponsors ::

I think more than just hearts were full … arms were 100% full! There was so much goodness to spread around. The swag was much appreciated and enjoyed by all. Moms found new things to love! We’d also like to thank Party Time for sponsoring the Moms Night Out themed party cups for our event this year!

Thank You To Our Program Sponsor ::

All Red Stick Moms Blog events have professionally designed and printed programs to help you navigate the fun that is organized, remember the brands that you loved and also score some awesome deals.

Thank You To Our Photography Sponsor ::

We cannot say enough amazing things about Sarah! She is a very talented lifestyle photographer who always has a smile on her face and is ready to capture life happening around us. We appreciate her dedication and professionalism. We highly recommend her services!

Thank You To Our Charity of Choice ::

It was an honor to have this amazing charity join us. They cater to the youth in our community who need a safe place and as mothers, we can’t thank them enough. Because of the generosity of moms who attended, over 1500 items were collected and the children’s shelter is well stocked into next year. RSMB and Youth Oasis profusely thank you for this major impact. The items that were collected are below:

  • 286 Deodorants
  • 462 Shampoos/Conditioners
  • 126 Lotions
  • 300 Body Wash/ Soap Bars
  • 346 Makeup & Hair Care products

Thank You to Our Pre-Party Sponsors ::

We would like to extend a very special thank you to the Old Governor’s Mansion for providing the space for our team to relax. We were so impressed with the  amazingly talented Mason Pearl Beauty Studio team. They jazzed us up and it was a blast! While getting pampered, we noshed on a delicious spread from Kalurah Street Grill! Their friendly service and culinary talent was much appreciated by all.

Ericka P.
Ericka is originally a New Orleans gal who was raised to begin many dishes with a roux. Since 2011, she has happily embraced the Red Stick life with her husband of seven years, Tyler. Although she met her husband at an LSU game after her car broke down, they both attended Northwestern State University where she graduated with a Business Administration degree. After graduation, she and Tyler took a leap of faith and tied the knot. She dabbled in the corporate scene but eventually returned to school to pursue her passion for teaching and earned a Master’s degree in Elementary Education. She taught at an inner-city school in Baton Rouge for 3 years where she gained a family of students and colleagues alike. She’s traded in her beloved Expo pens and clipboard to stay home with her sweet and adventurous one-year-old son, Cullen. She is so grateful for the opportunity to be a part of the sisterhood of fellow moms. Motherhood has been the best roller coaster she’s ever been on and even at the most challenging times, she tries to remember to embrace the chaos and “bless this mess” mentality. Ericka loves a good conversation, coffee, empowering other women {because we can all use a little encouragement}, laughing, baking and making memories with her family.
